Risk disclosure

A draft awaiting review by counsel, but every statement below is true today and will stay on this page.

Paper is not live

Everything shown on paperbot.trade comes from a paper account. Fills are simulated against a live order book after a modelled delay, with modelled fees, slippage and funding. Real fills differ. The system's own report prints, on every run, that paper results are not evidence of live profitability. Treat every number on this site that way.

No edge has been proven

The strategy is a single trend rule. The backtest standard it must pass, with purged cross-validation, a deflated Sharpe ratio and cost sensitivity, has not been run. It may fail. The plan says the project stops there if it does.

Crypto-assets can lose everything

Crypto-asset prices are extremely volatile. Leveraged positions can be liquidated, losing the entire margin, in minutes. Exchanges can halt, be hacked, become insolvent or freeze withdrawals for years. Regulation changes by country and can make a venue unavailable overnight. Automated systems can fail in ways their designers did not foresee; the six-layer design on this site reduces that risk and cannot remove it.

What the safety engine can and cannot see today

Without an exchange account, several of the safety engine's sensors have nothing to read: auto-deleveraging rank, margin calls, private-stream health, authentication failures, exchange-resident stop status, tier changes and the insurance fund. The site shows how many sensors are connected and never assumes a dark sensor is clear. Until a real account exists, "liquidation prevention" means the checks that can run on public data.

Nothing here is advice

The site describes a system and shows its record. It does not recommend any trade, asset, venue or strategy, and it is not a solicitation to place money with anyone. If you trade, you do so on your own judgement and at your own risk, and you should consider taking independent advice.

Future plans are not offers

The plans described on the site are intentions. Live trading on a customer's account will exist only after the system has traded the operator's own money through every planned stage, and only where the law of the operator's and the customer's jurisdictions allows it. It may never exist.
