PaperBot

Terms of use · draft of 17 September 2026

Terms of use

This is a draft awaiting review by counsel. The operating entity's legal name, jurisdiction and governing law will be added before any paid plan opens. Until then, the only things offered on this site are a public page to read and a waitlist to join.

1. What this site is

paperbot.trade ("the site") is operated by the operator of PaperBot ("we", "us"). The site shows the public record of an automated trading system that trades paper money only: simulated fills on live market prices, with no exchange account, no API key and no real funds. The site also takes e-mail addresses for a waitlist.

2. What this site is not

3. Using the site

You may read the site and join the waitlist. You may not attempt to reach any part of the system that is not served to you, interfere with the site's operation, scrape it at a rate that burdens it, or submit false or third-party e-mail addresses to the waitlist.

4. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist creates no account, no contract for any service and no obligation on either side. We will e-mail you when a plan opens and, if you asked for it, a weekly summary of the public record. You can ask to be removed at any time by replying to any such e-mail or writing to the address in the privacy policy.

5. Availability and accuracy

The site is provided as it is. The live figures come from an automated system that can be paused, restarted or stopped at any time, and can be wrong; where its log is silent, the page says so rather than guessing. We do not promise that the site is available, accurate or complete.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reading the site, relying on anything shown on it, or any decision you make as a result. Trading crypto-assets can lose all of the money involved; see the risk disclosure.

7. Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top is the date of the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms go to the address given in the privacy policy.
